What We Collect

• Account information: your email address, password hash, and any name you choose to add.
• Purchase records: which products you bought and when. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Product data you create: CDL practice scores, saved diagnostics, truck and maintenance records, calculator inputs and generated business plans.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and page requests, used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Why We Collect It

• To give you access to what you paid for and keep it available permanently.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To send transactional email — confirmations, password resets, receipts and results you ask us to email you.
• To keep the service secure and enforce fair-use limits on AI diagnostics.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is required with the vendors that run the service: Stripe (payments and refunds), our hosting and database provider, our transactional email provider, our storefront provider for gear orders, and the AI model providers that generate diagnostic results. Diagnostic prompts are sent to those model providers to produce your answer; do not paste personal or confidential information into them.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and save in-progress work such as quiz answers. We may use basic analytics and advertising measurement to understand which pages lead to purchases. You can clear this storage at any time in your browser, though doing so will sign you out.

Email

Transactional email is part of the service and cannot be turned off while you hold an account. Marketing email is optional and every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Data Retention

Account and purchase records are kept as long as your account exists, and afterwards only as long as required for tax and accounting obligations. Product data you create is deleted with your account.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of it, or full deletion of your account through the contact form at truckcommanderpro.com/contact. We action deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting your account ends access to purchased material.

Children

This service is intended for adults working in or entering the trades. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
