You must be at least 16 years old and provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account is for one person — sharing logins is grounds for suspension without refund.
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use and print our material for your own business and training. You may not resell it, republish it, post it publicly, feed it into a competing product, or distribute copies to people who have not purchased it. We will revoke access without refund for redistribution.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and tax is added where required. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price; we will give notice before any price change affects you.
Every purchase and subscription carries a 14-day refund guarantee, run self-serve from the Refunds page in your account. After 14 days, sales are final. See the Refund Policy page for full detail.
Blue Collar Empire is not accredited by, or affiliated with, any government agency. Completing our material is not a license, a CDL, an EPA certification or any other credential. Our CDL prep is study material for the written exam only — the exam itself is administered by your state.
Blue Collar AI produces suggested troubleshooting paths generated by AI models. Output can be incomplete or wrong. It is a starting point for a qualified technician, not a substitute for OEM service literature, proper diagnosis or safe shop practice. You are responsible for verifying any recommendation before performing work. We are not liable for damage, downtime, injury or cost arising from work performed based on output from this tool.
Our handbooks, calculators and business plan tools are educational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance or financial advice, and results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Consult a licensed professional before signing financing, forming an entity or filing anything.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and where the breach is redistribution or fraud we may do so without refund.
