SPN 5246 FMI 15 — SCR inducement level 1

SPN 5246 identifies the parameter the control module is monitoring — scr inducement level 1. FMI 15 is the failure mode the module logged against it. Both numbers matter: the same SPN with a different FMI is a different repair.
